Meet Myrtha MontasFounder, Yahve Nissi Home Care Services
Myrtha Montas is the founder of Yahve Nissi Home Care Services and a deeply committed registered nurse with over 11 years of hands-on experience in the healthcare field. Her journey combines a strong academic foundation with a passion for compassionate care and community service.
Myrtha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and later pursued her nursing career in Michigan, earning an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lansing Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan.
Her professional background is rich and diverse. She has worked extensively in stepdown units, providing primary care to tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients. For five years, she served as a Charge Registered Nurse at Sparrow Hospital, followed by leadership roles as Unit Manager at Holt Senior Care and Supervisor at Dimondale Nursing Care and Rehabilitation.
As a travel nurse, Myrtha brought her expertise to multiple healthcare facilities, including AdventHealth Waterman Hospital, Beaumont Hospital, Saint Vincent Hospital, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Binghamton General Hospital, and Trinity Hospital. In 2022, she took on an academic role as a Clinical Instructor at Lansing Community College, where she enjoys mentoring the next generation of nurses.
Driven by a personal mission to uplift others, Myrtha is passionate about nursing education and community health. Her goal is to create a meaningful impact by promoting well-being, providing quality care, and creating job opportunities through Yahve Nissi Home Care.
